Basic English for Public Servants

Participants will learn what f-stops and shutter speed means, how to use your camera's controls, designing images to deliver their intended message and six key steps in taking good photos. Please bring the digital camera you will be mostly using with you together with its compter upload cable (or card reader and cable).
