The Emotionally Intelligent Supervisor
The Emotionally Intelligent Supervisor is a one day workshop suitable for men and women who want to improve their skills. This workshop is for people at all levels of any organisation – government or private sector – and employees who want to improve their leadership abilities, enrich relationships, extend influence and expand the personal resources required to manage life’s challenges and mental demands.
At the workshop attendees will build emotional skills in four areas: identify emotion, use emotion, understand emotion and manage emotion.

Governance in the Public Sector
This interactive, participant driven one day workshop will define and refine concepts of governance using many examples of real governance innovations within the public sector that are meeting objectives. Case studies will enable participants to develop skills that can readily be applied in the workplace. Small group discussions and the plenary forum will allow participants to debate and defend their governance ideals and, in the process, develop their own ethical foundation for developing good governance in uncertain circumstances and rapidly changing environments.

Performance Management is a tool to strengthen the links between government expenditure and the delivery of results.
Performance Management is defined by the Institute of Public Administration(IPAA) as - "a set of deliberate policies and practices designed to maintain or improve the performance of individual staff, and through them, work groups and the organisation."
This two day workshop will help managers in the complex task of managing the performance of their staff.
