As an Executive or Personal Assistant your communication skills, both oral and written, need to be at the highest level.
In your role you may need to write letters,emails, drafts, minutes and Ministerials and research material for a PowerPoint presentation.
This one day workshop provides you with the tools to help you hone and polish your writing skills. This workshop will be run over two days one week apart and is for experienced Executive Assistants to help them brush up on some key skills in the workplace. It will include a number of sessions in areas that EAs need to be proficient in. The Executive Assistant today is the most critical person in the management team.
